The Gravenstein Multi-use Trail
Both of these trails begin where the Joe Rodota Trail ends at Petaluma Avenue. From this starting point, the Gravenstein Trail heads south skirting the Laguna uplands for much of the way with beautiful views, then the trail fits its way through residences, behind El Coronel Restaurant, and crosses 116 at Lynch, which is the City limit.
Once this trail is “adopted” by the City, the County can take over and extend the trail to Sparkes Road, via an excellent route, much of which is over open fields and along a stream. It all starts with the Council “adopting” this trail.
